Pedestrian Hit by Train

Train Strikes Pedestrian.

On Saturday evening at approximately 6:06pm, a pedestrian was injured when a train derailed and hit the person on Old Santa Cruz Highway, reports a California Highway Patrol Officer.

The location of the pedestrian accident was reported as being 22412 Old Santa Cruz Highway at the intersection with Summit Rd.

At this time, no further details have been released and the accident is still being investigated by the California Highway Patrol.
