The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is ordering a recall of 222 Bentley Arnage R, RL land T luxury automobiles due to an auto defect that may cause the wheels to fall off.

According to the NHTSA, "on certain automobiles, the road wheel fixing bolts might be dimensionally incorrect. There is a risk of the bolts loosening."

The NHTSA further warns that loose dimensionally incorrect fixing bolts can lead to the road wheel detaching from the hub, increasing the risk of accident.

Bentley dealers will be replacing all wheel bolts free of charge on the recalled vehicles, according to the NHTSA.
